10 Steps of Developing Outcome-Based Professional Development  [Download PDF]
The quality of your professional development (PD) is vital. Utah Professional Development Network (UPDN) staff identified a 10-step process for developing outcome-based PD. Collectively, these steps are referred to as “blueprinting” PD. The blueprinting PD process is also organized for use by school and district level PD providers.
